These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Seera (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Seera helps users generate, preview, and download CVs using AI. Some features are free; others require a paid plan.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications in a way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to generate content for spam or harassment.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you submit and the CVs you generate. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you (including sending content to AI providers to fulfill your request).

5. Plans, Payments & Refunds

• Paid plans are billed in advance through our third-party payment provider. Pricing is shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel from your account at any time.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

6. AI-Generated Output

AI output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing your CV before using it. We do not guarantee any specific outcome (e.g. interviews or employment) from using the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the Service or other users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
